Distances, side AL’installazione interroga il senso del nostro essere qui ed ora evocando una distanza, insieme personale e geografica: la storia del fiume che si allontana dalla sorgente riflette inevitabilmente quella di ognuno di noi.
Distances è composta da una struttura di segnaletica che, attraverso indicazioni non convenzionali, rimanda a distanze non commensurabili, emotive, siderali, alle quali non possono essere assegnati valori esatti ma solo relativi.
The installation questions the meaning of our being here and now evoking a distance, both personal and geographical: the history of the river that moves away from the source inevitably reflects the one of each of us.
Distances consists of a signage structure that, through unconventional indications, refers to non-commensurable, emotional and sidereal distances, to which can not be assigned exact values, but only relatives ones.
